1. Overview & Our Commitment
Averoz is an AI-powered website builder (SaaS). Our philosophy is simple: try before you buy. You can generate your first Home Preview completely FREE (0 credits), so you can evaluate the quality of the AI-generated design and copywriting before spending anything.
That is precisely why refunds are limited: you can assess the product upfront at no risk. Even so, we play fair — if you were charged but did not receive the service, or a system error occurred, we refund you in full. The sections below detail each scenario.
2. Subscription Refunds
Averoz subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly via Xendit (IDR) or PayPal (USD). Refund terms for subscription fees:
- A 7-day cooling-off window applies to a first-time paid subscription on your account. If, within 7 days of payment, you have not substantially used the included monthly credits and have not published a website, you may request a refund of that billing period (minus any value already consumed), subject to verification that the credits/allowance were not substantially used and that no website was published.
- After the cooling-off window ends, or once credits are substantially used, or once a website has been published, subscription fees are non-refundable.
- There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellation — service continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Mid-cycle plan upgrades count as a new service purchase and do not automatically create a fresh cooling-off window for fees already in progress.
Coupons & discounts: purchases made entirely free via a 100% coupon involve no payment and are therefore non-refundable. For coupon-discounted purchases, any eligible refund is calculated on the amount actually paid.
3. Credits
Credits are the units consumed when an action succeeds (for example, developing a full page or running an AI edit). Once credits are spent to generate and deliver a result, that digital work has been performed and delivered.
- Credits already spent on a generated/delivered result are non-refundable.
- Credits that are not yet used remain in your account and do not expire (they stay valid for as long as your account is active and the Service is available).
- The first Home Preview costs no credits, so you never lose any credit just to evaluate the AI’s output.
Plan-allowance credits are granted each billing period and expire at the end of that period (they do not roll over). Credits purchased separately as a top-up do not expire and are not tied to a billing cycle; they remain valid for as long as your account is active and the Service is available.
4. Top-up Credits
Purchases of additional (top-up) credits are final:
- Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Unused top-up credits do not expire and remain usable for as long as your account is active and the Service is available.
- Exception: if you were charged for a top-up but the credits were never delivered to your account due to a system error, we will refund you or grant the credits you should have received.
5. Domains & Add-ons
Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable. These fees are paid to the registrar and are immediately committed once the domain is processed, so they are outside Averoz’s control to reverse. Please double-check the spelling and extension of a domain before purchase. Other third-party add-ons follow each provider’s own terms.
6. Cancellations & Renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard:
- Cancellation stops the next renewal; service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for (no pro-rated refund).
- To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges already taken are generally non-refundable.
- If you believe you were auto-renewed in error (for example, you couldn’t cancel in time due to a technical issue), contact us — we’ll review it reasonably.
7. Service Failures, Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
We issue a full refund of the affected amount when:
- You were charged but did not receive the credits or service you paid for due to a system error.
- You were charged twice (a duplicate) for the same transaction.
- An unauthorized or fraudulent charge occurred on your payment method.
In these cases you don’t need to wait for any window — just report it with your payment reference and we’ll resolve it.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email support@averoz.com (or reach us via WhatsApp) within the applicable window, and include:
- Your Averoz account email address.
- The payment / invoice reference (from Xendit or PayPal).
- The reason for your refund request, with a short explanation where relevant.
Our team will review the request and let you know whether it’s eligible. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership of the account and the transaction.
9. Refund Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (Xendit or PayPal) — we do not send refunds to a different account or method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank, commonly 7–14 business days after approval. Averoz is not responsible for delays on the bank or payment-provider side.
10. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please ask us first — most problems can be resolved faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without basis (when the service was in fact delivered) may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
11. Changes & Contact
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, with the “Last updated” date adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version.
